Owning a
rental property is an important investment, whether you own a furnished,
seasonal property you plan to use yourself at times throughout the year, or a
long term, unfurnished rental. With 20+
years experience in property management, I am not new to this area of real
estate that many real estate professionals shy away from.
In more
recent years, my business plan has taken me in the direction of the management
of unfurnished, long term rentals but we still handle furnished, seasonal
properties to a certain extent, depending on location of the property and a
number of other factors. And bottom
